OP Pal. Rohtak. The government recently launched Mukhyamantri Dayalu Yojana as a special program for antyodaya, ie poor family members of the state. The sole objective of this program is to provide financial assistance to the state’s Antyodaya families so that they do not face financial crisis in the event of the death or disability of a family member. To this end, the government has decided to launch a new initiative under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana on behalf of Dayalu Yojana.
For example, in order to provide social security to the families of Antyodaya through the Haryana government, Antyodaya provides financial assistance in the event of the death or disability of a family member. The government has also entrusted the implementation of this new program to the Haryana Family Security Trust, which already operates the Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana to provide social security protection to Antyodaya families. Under the Dayalu scheme, the government will provide financial assistance ranging from Rs 1 to 5 lakhs to such poor families based on verified data in the Parivar Pehchan Patra. In announcing this program, the Chief Minister has also clarified that in order to enjoy Dayalu Yojana, these beneficiaries must apply through the online portal within 3 months. Haryana Parivar Suraksha Nyas has already been established to consolidate the current insurance systems in the state, ensure standardization and simplify the application process and bring direct benefits to the people. The benefit of the Mukhyamantri Dayalu Yojana (Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana Haryana) introduced by the state government is granted only to those whose annual income in Haryana is Rs 1.80 lakh or less according to the family ID card. Family ID is made to Aadhaar because the possibility of fraud under this system is negligible. If a member of the Antyodaya family has died, this financial assistance will be paid by the government through DBT into the bank account of another member of his family, while in case of disability the amount will be paid into the bank account of the applicant only will.
These systems are included in the operation of the trust: The government-established Haryana Family Security Trust previously implemented three programs. Employees in groups C and D and sanitary workers who work in risk areas also receive financial support. These include Chief Minister Haryana’s Employee Accident Insurance Scheme, Chief Minister Business Group’s Private Accident Insurance Scheme for small business people in the event of accident or death or permanent disability. Now Mukhyamantri Dayalu Yojana is also included as a fourth program in the programs operated by the Trust.
