Bhopal. Berasia police arrested the four killers who killed the home guard and exposed the sensational murder. The reason for the murder is said to be a two-year-old enmity. The killers attacked and killed the home guard jawan in front of his own house with bricks and stones. After this, they dragged the dead body about fifty meters and threw it near the culvert.

SI Sahab Singh Ivane told that Bhupendra Singh Rajput (54) lived in village Narela Bazyapt, police station Berasia and was a soldier in the home guard. He used to commute daily between Berasia-Bhopal by bus. He was on duty at the bungalow of Higher Education Minister Mohan Yadav in Bhopal. Bhupendra went to duty on Monday morning, but did not return home. The family waited for him till late night. Due to the shutdown of his mobile, there was a possibility of untoward incident. The relatives reached the Berasia police station and lodged their missing complaint. The family and the police were searching for Bhupendra Singh. Meanwhile, at around eight o’clock on Tuesday morning, information was received that the dead body of Bhupendra Singh was lying near Anganwadi near Tikankhedi Pulia, Ward No. 14, Berasia. Police reached the spot, recovered the dead body and sent it to the PM. The family had expressed apprehension on Hiralal and his brother Raju Kushwaha living in the village.

The accused were sitting outside the house staring

Police interrogated Hiralal Kushwaha and his brother Raju Kushwaha in custody. During interrogation, the accused confessed to killing Bhupendra along with their two other accomplices, Sonu Kushwaha and Jagdish Kushwaha. The accused told that after coming from duty, Bhupendra used to go from in front of his house to his house. On Monday night, Jagdish Kushwaha along with Hiralal and Raju, Sonu stood a little far away from their house and waited for Bhupendra to come. At around 8 pm, Bhupendra was passing in front of Hiralal’s house, when he was attacked from behind with a brick on his head. When he fell down when he was attacked with bricks, the accused attacked him with bricks and stones and killed him. After the murder, the dead body was placed near the Tikankhedi Pulia.
