An incident has come to light that is disrupting relations in a village belonging to the Badhda Police Station area. Where a person who appears to be a grandfather in a 50-year relationship has been accused of sexually assaulting an 11-and-a-half-year-old granddaughter. The girl’s father called for action by filing a complaint with Charkhi Dadri Women’s Police Station.
In a complaint to the police, a villager said his uncle took his 11-year-old daughter to the field on a bicycle at 8:30 p.m. and left her after about an hour. When she came home in the evening, the girl said that the grandfather had undressed her, nothing more, but in the morning the girl said that the grandfather had undressed her and his clothes and behaved badly towards her and when he was riding a bicycle after her When he got home it told him that if he told anyone anything he would kill him.
Following the complaint by the girl’s father, the Women’s Police Station took further action by registering a case against the girl’s grandfather under the Sexual Misconduct Sections and the POSCO Act and threatening to kill her.
