Rajeev said he lives in Bhatta village and works in agriculture. His brother Rakesh Kumar was appointed Constable of Chandigarh Police in 1991. Rakesh Kumar was currently stationed with Chandigarh Police as an ASI in Police Line Sector 26. Rakesh Kumar was married to Santosh Kumari from Mandi Village in Panipat in 1996. Currently, Santosh has two sons. The older son Sahil has been living in Canada for almost two years. The little boy named Karna lives with his mother Santosh in Haiderpur Delhi. Rajeev said that his brother Rakesh Kumar had a domestic dispute with his wife for 10-11 years. Santosh filed a lawsuit in court. On this basis, she took over the costs of Rakesh.

The complainant said that she telephoned Rakesh Kumar once or twice a week and that he frequently visited the village. In the morning he received information that Rakesh Kumar’s body and his bicycle were found in the area of ​​Mullana police station. After that, together with his family, he reached the MM Mullana Hospital. Here he learned that Rakesh Kumar had died after consuming a poisonous substance. It was also learned that a suicide note was also found near Rakesh Kumar’s body. The suicide note states that Rakesh Kumar ended his life due to a mental illness after he was fed up with his wife Santosh and his uncle Ramesh Kumar’s son. Rakesh also wrote that he got so angry with his wife and uncle’s son that he ate the pill soaked in wheat. He also recounted that Santosh was in an illegal relationship with his uncle’s son, Ramesh. He himself caught the two in the act once.

In his farewell letter he mentioned that no one lies while dying. He has also borrowed 1 lakh 20,000 rupees from Rajesh Dahiya. Rs 4,000 were taken from Ajay, Rs 1,000,000 Sumesh, Rs 100 Anoop and Rs 600 Sandeep. He wants to die laughing, no one should cry over my death, Jai Hind Sir. He also wrote that no man should die so cowardly, it is cowardice. I’m tired, now I want to rest. I have a Belero car in my name, my brother bought it with his own money. I took out a loan in my name. No one should take that wrong step. I was very upset with my wife Santosh and Ramesh. Don’t bother anyone. Santosh and Ramesh are responsible for my death. Don’t even let them get near my body. The late Rakesh mentioned transactions with some other people in his suicide note. The police are investigating the matter.
