There has been news of a fire in a house in Delhi’s Majnu Tila area. In this incident, a 28-year-old woman present in the house died and two girls were also burnt in the fire. Both the girls have been admitted to LNJP Hospital for treatment. Its information was given to the police and fire brigade. The incident is today Saturday afternoon. After getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot, took the dead body and sent it for postmortem.

Giving more information in this regard, Deputy Commissioner of Police, North Delhi, Sagar Singh Kalsi said that on Saturday afternoon, a fire was reported in the Old Chandrawal area at Civil Police Station. After which the team was sent to the spot in Old Chandrawal of Majnu Ka Tila area. Where a woman was found dead due to the fire. Along with this, two girls also got burnt in the fire. The girls were immediately admitted to LNJP Hospital for treatment.

He told that the deceased woman has been identified as Aarti wife Mukesh Kumar and age is 28 years. The woman was a housewife. Kalsi said that after preliminary investigation it was found that the fire broke out in the room where Aarti was present, leading to her unfortunate death. The DCP said that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. At present, the police is probing the matter and trying to find out the cause of the fire.

The police is probing the matter on the basis of the statements of the eyewitnesses. Along with this, it is also believed that both the girls got burnt while trying to save their mother. At the same time, the local people said that there was no incident of any kind in the house and all the things in the house are also safe. The girls were also present in the house when the fire broke out.
