Mahendragarh: Executive Committee of Yadav Sabha dissolved, elections resumed under Administrator’s supervision

Mahendragarh. Yadav Sabha’s executive committee, which was elected unanimously at number one, was dissolved by the state chancellor. The State Chancellor has instructed the District Chancellor for Firms and Societies to hold new elections of the Executive Committee under the supervision of the Administrator. Yadav Sabha’s lead attorney, Abhayram Yadav, said he had not received any letter in this regard.

Please be informed that Shubharam, a resident of Majra Khurd village, submitted a petition to the District Registration Company and Society on 28 October during the Yadav Sabha Executive Committee elections, alleging that he had violated election rules. On the same day, the district registrar had banned elections to the Yadav Sabha. Even after the ban, the new Executive Committee of the Yadav Sabha took an oath on November 1, 2022 and ordered to reach the office on November 10 with the documents related to the elections. The district chancellor then invited both parties to his office for a hearing on November 16. But the complainant did not reach the site. On 23 November the applicant again contacted the district registry office and requested a copy of the video recording of the election process. In addition, the candidates for the executive posts were accused of trying to withdraw their nomination documents. On November 25, the district chancellor instructed the returning officer to contact the office with the papers. The election officer informed the district registrar that there was no video footage of the election process.

After hearing both parties, the Chancellor announced the verdict:

After that, the matter reached the state chancellor. The registrar called both parties to his office in Delhi for a hearing. After both were heard on April 21st, it was ordered that the Executive Committee of Yadav Sabha be removed on April 28th. Apart from that, the district registration companies and societies were ordered to again hold elections for the executive committee under the supervision of the administrator. Efforts were also made to persuade the city’s famous leaders to reach an agreement between the two sides.
