The former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi was arrested on February 26 over alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy case. After the CBI custody of Manish Sisodia was extended by two days, he was produced in Rouse Avenue Court today. Where the court sent Sisodia to judicial custody till 20 March.

Earlier, Manish Sisodia was in CBI custody for 7 days till now. After the remand of Sisodia ended, the CBI today produced him in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. From where he has been sent to judicial custody till March 20.

Let us tell you that the CBI had arrested Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on February 26 last month after a long interrogation of 8 hours. After this, the CBI produced him in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on 27 February. Where the court sent Sisodia to CBI custody for five days i.e. till March 4.

Meanwhile, Manish Sisodia approached the Supreme Court for bail, but the court refused to hear his bail application. Regarding the bail application of Sisodia, the Supreme Court said that in this matter you should go to the lower court. Then after this, the CBI produced Sisodia in the court on Saturday i.e. March 4. Even on this day Sisodia got disappointed from the court. Judge MK Nagpal sent him to CBI custody for two more days. However, the CBI sought his custody from the court for three days.
