what is the matter

In Delhi’s excise scam, CBI arrested the former Chief Minister of Delhi on Sunday evening after an 8-hour-long interrogation. During this, the CBI said that Sisodia has not given correct answers to the questions related to the excise policy. He is evasive in answering questions, so he was arrested. After this he was produced in Rouse Avenue Court. Meanwhile, on February 27, the special court sent Sisodia to CBI custody so that the CBI could get answers to questions related to excise policy from him. Along with this, the CBI said that Manish Sisodia will be interrogated under the supervision of CCTV cameras.

The matter of bail had also reached the Supreme Court.

Manish Sisodia had approached the Supreme Court against his arrest, but Sisodia was disappointed on this matter. The Supreme Court refused to interfere in the matter and said that you can approach the lower court. On this matter, the Supreme Court said that you could have put your point before the Delhi High Court as well, but you directly turned here. It is not appropriate to bring every case that happened in Delhi here. After his arrest, Manish Sisodia had resigned from all the posts including Deputy CM of Delhi. Sisodia had a total of 18 portfolios.
