DMRC has given an information regarding the running of Metro on the day of Holi. Delhi Metro has released the timings for the day of Holi. Delhi Metro service will remain closed from morning to afternoon on Wednesday i.e. March 8, on the day of Holi. According to Delhi Metro, the metro will start from 2:30 pm on the day of Holi. Along with this, Rapid Metro and Airport Express Line will also start from 2:30 pm itself.
DMRC has issued a notice regarding this, according to which metro service will not be available on all lines of Delhi Metro from morning to afternoon on the day of Holi. Due to the festival of Holi, DMRC has taken this decision. On the day of Holi, Wednesday i.e. March 8, the metro will start at 2:30 pm. Thereafter all DMRC services will continue as normal. Apart from this, metro feeder bus services will also resume after 2.30 pm on Wednesday. However, DTC buses will continue to serve Delhiites.
