Raipur. ED Enforcement Directorate has sent summons to Bhilai Nagar MLA Devendra Yadav asking him to appear in Raipur office on March 7. A warning has also been given in the summons that action will be taken against them as per rules if they are not present. ED’s assistant director Nirmal Jharwal has sent summons to him. Please inform that he had called for questioning on 20 February and 1 March. On this, the MLA had expressed his inability to be present. Now this summon has been sent again.
