Raipur. ED Enforcement Directorate has sent summons to Bhilai Nagar MLA Devendra Yadav asking him to appear in Raipur office on March 7. A warning has also been given in the summons that action will be taken against them as per rules if they are not present. ED’s assistant director Nirmal Jharwal has sent summons to him. Please inform that he had called for questioning on 20 February and 1 March. On this, the MLA had expressed his inability to be present. Now this summon has been sent again.

The MLA says that once the ED should call him and do whatever inquiry is to be done. Most of the time of a public representative is for the public. By calling like this everyday, the time of the public will be wasted and they will not allow the public to be harmed.
ED raided on the second day of his birthday
MLA Devendra Yadav’s birthday was on 19 February. The next day, on February 20, ED officials simultaneously raided his Sector 5 residence and his brother Dharmendra Yadav’s housing board house. ED officials interrogated Devendra Yadav at his house for about 17 hours. During this, Devendra’s supporters created a ruckus outside the bungalow.

Devendra Yadav said that he is not afraid of the summons that has come. They will cooperate fully in whatever information is required from us. But if someone tries to intimidate, suppress or implicate us, then it will also be opposed. In the previous action, they have not got anything so far.

MLA Devendra Yadav said that the most important thing for a public representative is his contact. ED confiscated his phone but even after asking several times, he is still not giving the contacts of the phone. All this is being done with the aim of troubling them.
