Raipur. On Monday, the people of Aggarwal community have demanded strict action against the killers regarding the Priyanshu murder case in Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur. Attending Agrasen Bhawan, Jawahar Nagar, the people of the society took out a procession and handed over the memorandum to the SP.
President of Aggarwal Samaj, Vijay Aggarwal told that Aggarwal Samaj took out a symbolic silent procession. Due to assembly session, the SP was not in his office and due to non-permission of the procession, the procession was ended by handing over the memorandum to the ADM and CSP in the name of the SP near Rajbandha Maidan. The officials assured to take strictest action against the killers of Priyanshu. Also assured to take strict action against the drug trade spreading in the city. Vijay Aggarwal told that the killers of Priyanshu should be hanged immediately. Apart from this, by closing the drug business, connect its link, from where all this happens. Apart from this, a demand has been made to open a police post in Samta Colony.

It is noteworthy that on the night of March 2, Priyanshu Agarwal was talking with his 4-5 companions near Krishna Adlabs. That’s why 19-year-old Rohit Yadav reached there around 8.30 pm. He started arguing with Priyanshu over money. The boys present on the spot told that Rohit raised his hand on Priyanshu. On opposing this, the accused attacked him several times with the scissors kept with him. Priyanshu died due to loss of blood. When Priyanshu was stabbed with scissors, some of his accomplices who were present on the spot ran away. Then the people around took him to the nearest private hospital, but he died. Only the people informed the police. As soon as the information about Rohit was received, the police caught him. The accused is a resident of Jorapara. Due to his flower decoration shop being near Samta Colony, the nearby shopkeepers also knew him.
The killer was in contact with history-sheeter Arun Yadav
In the investigation so far, the police have come to know that the accused Rohit was in contact with history-sheeter Arun Yadav. He used to do extortion work for some such people. Talks of loan recovery and charging of interest have also come to the fore. The police is also ascertaining that other miscreants are behind Rohit, who were trying to pressurize Priyanshu for money.
The deceased was a student of BBA
Rohit used the scissors to spread happiness in people’s lives for murder-like incidents. This scissor was used to cut flower stalks. Rohit and Priyanshu were old acquaintances. Suresh Agarwal, the father of the deceased, is a CA by profession, his house is in posh area Samta Colony. Priyanshu was a student of BBA.
