Raipur. After ED’s letter to the Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh, now IAS Anil Tuteja has also written a letter. In a letter written to Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Mr. Tuteja said that he had applied for earned leave till April 28 due to health reasons. which has been approved.
ED has asked for two weeks time
IAS Tuteja has clarified that he has received summons from ED at his residence and has also replied through his authorized representatives. Tuteja has said that he had written to the ED seeking two weeks’ time, as a petition has been filed on his behalf in the Supreme Court, which is still pending.
i always cooperated
During the ED’s search at his house, the statement was duly recorded at the house. Also, on March 30, the statement has been recorded in the ED office for the whole day. On the request of ED, he has duly submitted all the documents including movable and immovable assets of the family members.
ED had sent the letter
IAS Tuteja has told that he has shown willingness to join the investigation in all the letters written to the ED. Just requested some time as the matter is pending before the Supreme Court. It is worth mentioning that, on behalf of ED, it was informed by writing a letter to the Chief Secretary that he is not appearing despite the summons.
