Roorkee Boiler Explosion: Information about a major accident is coming to light in Roorkee of Haridwar district of Uttarakhand. A major explosion has occurred due to a boiler burst in Mangalore police station area. About 17 laborers have been injured in this. After the incident, an atmosphere of chaos was created at the spot. The injured were admitted to the hospital for treatment. However, the doctors have referred him to a higher center for examination. However, no information regarding loss of life has been revealed so far. Police was informed about the explosion in the factory.

Police team reached the spot

The police informed the fire brigade as well as the forensic team about the boiler explosion in the factory and called them to the spot. The forensic team is investigating the incident site. It was told by the police that all the employees who got burnt in the boiler explosion are residents of Muzaffarnagar, Deoria and Bijnor districts of UP. While giving the information, it was also said that the factory management got the injured workers admitted to the hospital without informing the police-administration about this incident.

Police officials said that the exact reasons for the boiler explosion have not been known yet. However, it is being speculated that the iron scrap contained the shocker of a vehicle, as soon as the scrap was put inside the furnace for melting, the shocker burst and an accident occurred.
