Agra News: Five Indian Army soldiers, including two captains, lost their lives in the encounter between the army and terrorists on 22-23 November in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir. His family is saddened by the martyrdom of the soldiers. Captain Shubham Gupta of Uttar Pradesh is also included among the martyrs. The mortal remains of Captain Shubhag Gupta reached his ancestral home in Agra, UP on Friday. Meanwhile, UP Cabinet Minister Yogendra Upadhyay reached the house of martyr Shubham Gupta and while giving government assistance of Rs 50 lakh to his mother, Upadhyay started getting photographed.

On this the Captain’s mother burst out crying and said – Don’t put on my exhibition. Bring me back my son. Its video is also going viral on social media. Yogi Adityanath government of the state promised to provide financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh to the family on the martyrdom of Captain, job to a family member and name a road in Agra in the name of the martyr. Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Brajesh Pathak said that Mother India Shubham Gupta has sacrificed everything for this. The government stands with the victim’s family, their martyrdom will not go in vain under any circumstances.

As soon as the video of cabinet minister Yogendra Upadhyay getting his photo taken went viral, the minister came under attack from opposition parties. Samajwadi Party shared the video on its official social media platform In the name of giving a check to the family, they were conducting a photoshoot and insulting the tears of the crying mother. Calling it shameful, Samajwadi Party further wrote that BJP did not desist from doing politics even in the name of martyrs. The party further wrote that the BJP minister should apologize for insulting the martyr’s family.

Let us inform that two terrorists including a top commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) were killed in an encounter with security forces in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. Five security forces personnel also lost their lives in this, including two captains. The army had received information about the hiding of terrorists in Rajouri. After this a search operation was conducted. Paratroopers along with Army’s Rashtriya Rifles personnel were also involved in the search operation. The terrorists were sitting in ambush. As soon as the army reached near, the terrorists started firing rapidly. Two army officers and two soldiers were martyred in the firing.
