The land on the main road near Hotel Radisson was encroached
Bhopal. Two land mafia who encroached on private plots by making shops have been evicted. Rajendra Rajput, Bhagat Rajput and Pawan Singh were doing business in the name of Raunak Traders and Pawan Traders on land worth crores in front of Radisson Hotel in Gulmohar. On Wednesday, Kolar Tehsildar Manish Sharma reached with the staff of the Municipal Corporation and removed the illegal encroachment. The possession of both the plots has been handed over to the legal plot owners.
Actually plot owner Virendra Singh Shekhawat and another plot have been occupied. The occupants had started the building material business by making sheds on these plots. After the case with Tehsildar, orders were given to evict the occupants. After which the Tehsildar reached the spot on Wednesday and removed the Awadh encroachment. The staff had to struggle a lot during the operation. Plot owner Virendra Singh Shekhawat told that the occupants were demanding lakhs of rupees in the name of vacating the place.
