Bhopal. Passengers traveling in trains operating on Sagar to Bhopal route including Revanchal, Rajyarani, Vidhyanchal, Bhopal-Bilaspur Express are going to benefit. Now 10 to 20 minutes can be saved in trains operating on this route. In fact, the speed of trains has been increased in various sections of West Central Railway. Now it will run at 110 kilometers per hour. Earlier the speed of trains on these sections was 90. This will save time for passengers. Officials of West Central Railway said that the work of installing Intermediate Block Signal (IBS) is being done in a planned manner. Apart from this, yard remodeling works are being completed. Shunting and running flexibility of the yard is being increased by adding cross overs. Due to the installation of thick web switch on the track, an increase in sectional speed is being recorded. Due to this, detention in dispatch and reception of trains is being minimized.

Speed ​​has been increased on these sections

Nariawali-Isarwara railway section is the third line whose total length is 7.45 kilometers. Here the speed has been increased from 90 kilometers per hour to 110 kilometers per hour. Similarly, on the third line of Sumreri-Khurai railway section, whose total length is approximately 8.64 route kilometres, the speed here was increased from 100 kilometers per hour to 110. The speed on Khanna Banjari – Mahroi (New) down line railway section has increased from 100 kilometers per hour to 110. Malkhedi-Mahadevkhedi (New) bi-directional line with total length of 5.18 route kilometers, here the speed has increased from 90 kilometers per hour to 110.
