Heritage Train : Railways has started the Patalpani-Kalakund heritage train in view of the demand of the passengers. Railways is going to run this train from August 26, 2023. The heritage train will be run every Saturday and Sunday. Train number 52965 Patalpani Kalakund Heritage train will leave Patalpani at 11.05 hrs and reach Kalakund at 13.25 hrs, while the same train number 52966 Kalakund Patalpani heritage train will leave Kalakund at 15.34 hrs and reach Patalpani at 16.30 hrs.

According to railway officials, there will be 02 AC chair cars and three non AC chair cars in the train. Separate tickets will have to be taken for commuting in the train. The fare for AC chair car will be Rs.265 and for non-AC chair car will be Rs.20. Ticket booking can be done from IRCTC website or from reservation centers.
