Regional Passport Officer Shitanshu Chaurasia said that on the first day, about 80 per cent cases were related to adverse police verification reports. In these 30 percent cases, the applicants had hidden the information about the court cases going on against them. So the correct information about the birthday date was hidden there. Which came to the fore in the police verification report. Due to which the process of making passports of the applicants was put on hold. After this, as per the rules of hearing in the court today, his file was closed after taking other action along with the documents of the process.

Case-1 Irfan Khan (name changed) from Guna in Passport Adalat who hid the details of his court case in his passport application. After getting the information from the police report, the application process got pending. After which notice was given several times by the passport office. But there was no response from his side on this. Because of this his passport file was pending. On Tuesday, he brought an attested copy of the resolution of his court case to the passport court. After which the process of their passport was completed by the officials of the passport office.

Case-2 Sonali Choukse (name changed), an applicant from Sagar who did not attach her ECNR related documents in her passport application, was questioned by the investigating officers on suspicion. So he provided his educational documents, in which his date of birth was different from the date of birth given in the application, after taking clarification from him in this regard by the authorities and looking into his future, he was issued a passport with the correct date of birth by correcting the date of birth in his passport application. to be done .
