Bhopal. A young man died under suspicious circumstances in Shanti Nagar located in Gandhi Nagar police station area. After getting the short PM report in the said case and after investigation, the police arrested the brother-in-law of the deceased after registering a case of murder. Earlier, the police was saying that the death was due to brain haemorrhage, but after the short PM report and the uproar of the family members, a case of murder was registered. Police investigation revealed that the murder was committed due to character suspicion.

Station House Officer Arun Kumar Sharma told that Khubilal Ahirwar (42) lived in Barrai village, Katara Hills. He used to work as a security guard along with the setting. His daughter studies in class XII, whose examinations are going on. On Wednesday, he reached the government school in Gandhi Nagar to get his daughter examined. After dropping his daughter to school, he went to his in-laws house in Shanti Nagar. He dropped his daughter to school at 12 noon. When the daughter called the father after giving the exam, he did not attend the call. When the call was not received for a long time, he called on his aunt’s number. When she reached to wake Khubilal from sleep, Khubilal was covered with a blanket.

When the family tried to wake him up, he did not wake up. Blood oozed from Khubilal’s nose, ears and mouth. After information, Khubilal’s wife and brother reached Shanti Nagar and took Khubilal to Hamidia Hospital for treatment. There the doctor declared him dead after checking. After getting the information from the hospital, the police reached the spot and established a morgue and handed over the dead body to the family members after the PM. In the initial investigation, the police said that Khubi’s death was due to brain hemorrhage.

Police woke up on family’s allegations and short PM

The relatives of the deceased had earlier made allegations of murder, but the police were waiting for the short PM report. On receiving the report, it came to light that Khubilal died due to an attack on the head with a heavy object. On the basis of suspicion, the police gathered information about the deceased’s brother-in-law Ajay Ahirwar and he was absconding. The police interrogated him by taking him into custody. He told that Khubilal found him sleeping in the house and in a fit of rage he attacked him with a stone while he was sleeping. Ajay is a resident of Shankaracharya Nagar. At present, he was living with his wife, mother-in-law and maternal grandmother at his in-laws house in Shanti Nagar. The deceased also used to live in his in-laws house earlier, but later he had gone to live in Katara area of ​​Barrai village.
