After that he was made a victim of lust. After which the accused young man started physically exploiting the girl for months on the pretext of marriage, after which the victim complained to the police. Police have registered the case and started searching for the accused.
Rape of a girl after calling her home on the pretext of celebrating her birthday
According to the information received, a 30-year-old girl living in Narmadapuram had met a young man from Bhopal on social media. After this both of them started talking. Meanwhile, on September 6, accused Deepesh reached Narmadapuram to meet the girl. There he told the girl that it was his birthday. After this, he brought the girl with him to Bhopal on the pretext of including her in the birthday party. Here he raped the girl in his house in Bangrasiya.
The accused refused to marry
When the girl protested, Deepesh coaxed her and promised her marriage. Due to which the girl did not take much action. But after some time passed, when the girl asked the accused about marriage, he flatly refused. Also insulted the girl with caste related words.
