After this shameful act of brother-in-law, the victim woman informed the police about this incident. Based on the statement of the woman, the police have registered a case and started searching for the accused.
Brother-in-law made sister-in-law a victim of lust
While giving statement to the police, the woman said that the victim told that she was getting treatment from the doctor due to not having a child for a long time. During this period, the victim woman often used to come with her brother-in-law. In this connection, one day when the woman went to the doctor for checkup, the accused brother-in-law, on the pretext of some work, took the woman to his home and committed rape.
Police started searching for the accused
The victim woman kept the matter hidden for many days keeping her relationships in mind. But when the evil brother-in-law tried to rape her again, the victim woman informed the police about the incident. After which the police have registered a case against the accused under section 376 and other sections and started the search. The accused is absconding after this incident. Because of this the accused could not be arrested.
