Nuh: There was a stir in the area when a loving couple was found hanging from a power pole in the mountain along the Tawadu-Nuh road on Saturday afternoon. It is suspected that both committed suicide by hanging themselves from the electricity pole. The lovers have been missing for the past few days. According to police, the bodies have been identified as Manju, a resident of Jaya Fatehpur Biloch, and Rohit, a resident of Court Hathin. Police took the bodies of both into custody and sent them for autopsy.
A close relative of the deceased girl said that both of them worked in the warehouse of a private company and had been missing since October 4. In this connection, a missing person case was registered at Nimoth police post. On Saturday, police found the location of a person’s cellphone in Nuh Pahar. Based on the location the police reached here. There was a stir in the area when the bodies of the lover and girlfriend were found hanging from the electricity pole. After receiving the information, Tawadu Sadar police station also reached the spot. At the same time, the Nimoth Police Station outpost also reached the location. Where the bodies of the two were tied with a rope and hung under a power pole along with the motorcycle. It is believed that both had committed suicide about two days ago. The news of this incident created a stir in the area and a crowd of passers-by and locals gathered at the spot.
Hukam Singh, in-charge of Tawadu Sadar police station, said that both of them went missing from Ballabhgarh Nimoth area three days ago. A missing person case was also registered in this regard. The responsible police station was informed. The police have taken the bodies into custody. The boy is married and the girl is unmarried. But both of them became close while working in a company and accepted death because of the time. The police have now started investigating the case.
