Indore; A sensational case of rape of a 15 year old student has come to light from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The person who raped the student is none other than the son of a BJP leader. According to the information, the accused kept threatening and raping the student for months. After which the minor victim became pregnant and only then did the family members come to know about the matter. After which the victim gave all the information to the family members. After which the family members registered a case against the accused and started action. However, the accused has not been arrested yet.
The accused raped after threatening her
The minor said in her statement that she used to go to coaching every evening. During this time the accused youth used to follow her. Sometimes he even tried to tell me. Then we started telling slowly. After this, sometimes he used to drop me at my grandmother’s house also. Because of which our friendship became good. After this, on 28 February 2023, he took me to the Ganesh temple in Nandanagar and said that his family members wanted to meet me. You come tomorrow at 6 pm. When I went to coaching on 1st March, I met him outside the coaching centre. From there he took me to his home on foot. When I reached home there was no one there. After which he threatened and raped me and also threatened to kill me if I told anything to anyone.
The matter came to light after becoming pregnant
After this, on September 1, he was found outside coaching. Started taking me home forcefully. I said that my stomach is upset. My health is also not well. But he did not agree and forced me to take him to his house and then raped me. Similarly, once a young man raped me. On October 1, when I became ill due to stomach ache, my family took me to the hospital and was told that I was pregnant. As soon as the news of this came to light, the family members were shocked. After which the family members went to Pardeshipura police station and registered a case against the accused.
Son of accused BJP leader
Pardeshipura Police said that a case has been registered against the minor on the complaint of a class 8 student. When the student’s health deteriorated, her family came to know that she was pregnant, after which when they interrogated her, she told that a 17 year old boy had threatened her and molested her at knife point. She was frightened by his threat and did not tell this to anyone. A case has been registered against the minor accused. Police further said that the mother of the accused is a BJP official. A video of the accused minor with a pistol was also uploaded on Instagram. Because of his mother he was saved from police action. But now soon the accused will be arrested.
