J&K News: Terrorists have once again targeted non-Kashmiri laborers in Jammu and Kashmir. Terrorists have injured two outside laborers in Anantnag by firing on them. After the attack, the injured laborers were taken to the hospital in Srinagar due to bullet injuries by the local people. Although the terrorists managed to escape by taking advantage of the darkness. The injured have been identified as Akshay s/o Kanta, resident of Sangli Maharashtra, aged 20 years and Saurav s/o Pradeep, resident of Sangli Maharashtra, aged 20 years. The condition of both the injured is being informed now.
Search for terrorists continues
Jammu and Kashmir’s Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Vijay Kumar told that in Anantnag terrorists fired upon two outside laborers. Both the injured civilians have been taken to the hospital, where their condition is said to be stable. The attackers are being investigated by cordoning off the area for the search operation. Kumar further said that the terrorists have used pistols for the attack.
He also informed that a case has been registered in this regard under relevant sections of law. The investigation is ongoing and authorities are continuing to work to establish the full circumstances of this terroristic crime. Meanwhile, police said TRF has claimed responsibility for the attack.
There was an attack on July 13 as well
On July 13, three non-local laborers were injured when terrorists fired at them in Gagran area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district. Earlier on May 29, a circus worker from Udhampur was shot dead by terrorists near the amusement park in Janglatmandi area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag.
Operation Trinetra of security forces continues
Operation Trinetra of the security forces is going on against the cowardly act of the terrorists. On Tuesday, four Pakistani terrorists were killed in an encounter by security forces in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
