Jammu and Kashmir constantly remains in the limelight because of the frequent terrorist activities in the valley. Along with this, the Indian Army is also running a continuous campaign to give a befitting reply to these terrorists. In this episode, the Indian Army has taken a step further. A terrorist was killed during an encounter in the early hours of Tuesday in Padgampora village of Awantipora tehsil of Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Continuous search operation is going on here, there is a possibility of hiding two more terrorists. However, while carrying out this operation, two soldiers of the Indian Army were also injured, who have been sent to the Army Base Camp Hospital in Srinagar for treatment and the body of the slain terrorist has not yet been recovered.
Kashmiri Pandit was killed in Pulwama
Sanjay Sharma, a resident of Achan in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, was fired upon by terrorists on Sunday when he was on his way to the local market. Sanjay Sharma used to work as a security guard in the bank. Sharma, 45, died during treatment at the hospital. After this Kashmiri Pandit Sangharsh Samiti urged Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to replace Governor Manoj Sinha soon.
Terrorists have already been eliminated
Earlier on December 28, 2022, Jammu Police received information that some terrorists are present in Sidhra area. After getting this information, the security forces launched a search operation to find the terrorists. After this, during the encounter with the terrorists, all the four terrorists were killed. At the same time, on December 22, 2022, the terrorists were killed by the security forces during the encounter. In this campaign, three terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba were killed.
