Mehbooba Mufti: Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti has attacked BJP over Article 370. Regarding the Supreme Court on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir, he said that its hearing was delayed.
PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said on Saturday that the Supreme Court has delayed the hearing of this issue. It took him five years. In previous decisions, the Supreme Court had said that Article 370 cannot be removed without the Constituent Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir. He further said that I want to tell the Supreme Court that their responsibility is not to carry forward the agenda of BJP, but to maintain the integrity of this country and the integrity of the Constitution.
Gave this reaction on BJP’s victory
Earlier, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti had given her reaction on BJP’s victory in three states on Tuesday i.e. 5th December. During this, he had said that the victory of the BJP party in the assembly elections of the three states is not due to the money power of the Centre, its agencies, its Election Commission and the media. He had claimed that if the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had come alone in the election fray, it would not have been able to win a single seat.
Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti attacked BJP at a party function. He said that this is not the victory of BJP, it is the victory of the country’s government, its agencies, its money power, its Election Commission and its media.
