In this regard, as MLA Guhla Ishwar Singh said that Halka Guhla is an area contiguous to Punjab state and there are regular movements of Punjab and Haryana people due to which the four lane nature of this road is very important which Kaithal State Government constantly demanded forlaning Cheeka Patiala Road, to this end he had personally met and corresponded with Chief Minister Haryana and Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Public Works Haryana and asked Halka Guhla to fulfill this request Haryana Vidhansabha I had also repeated raised the voice for the completion of this project, the state government took it seriously and sent their proposal to the central government for approval, following which correspondence was exchanged with the Union Minister for Roads and Transport, Kaithal Cheeka Patiala Road, requesting early approval of the proposal for four lanes.

He said the central government has now approved an amount of Rs 129 crore 40 lakh for the four-lane construction of this 32-kilometer state highway. This project is nothing less than a unique gift for the residents of Guhla, for the first time Guhla Halke has such a large and important project, it will open new dimensions of development. This is a very big historic decision for Halka Guhla, as the new bus station is also to be built on this route, after the formulation there will be an increase in transport, more routes will be operated by the Transport Department.

MLA Ishwar Singh thanked Union Minister for Road Transport Nitin Gadkari, Chief Minister Manohar Lal and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala for agreeing to this important request, who have fully contributed to such a great job for Halka Guhla.
