On Tuesday, March 29, 2023, villagers saw a dead body on the bank of a canal in Kanghusara of Duboulia police station area located in Basti district. After which panic spread in the entire area. On seeing the dead body, the villagers informed the police. The police got information about it. Immediately reached the spot and took possession of the dead body. After which taking further action the body was sent for postmortem report.
According to the police report, as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for postmortem report. Expressing apprehension, the police said that his murder was very brutal. After which the relatives complained about this to the police. The police got involved in the investigation of the case. Four days later, the police came to know through the call details of the deceased that the deceased youth had last called his girlfriend. When the police interrogated the girlfriend keeping the girlfriend under suspicion, the girlfriend told that the name of the dead youth is Vikas. Who had been her boyfriend before. There were several physical relations between the girlfriend and Vikas. After which he made a video of it. The girl told that she was blackmailing me again and again. After which the girl’s new lover together killed her.
