Chandigarh. Haryana Minister of Agriculture and Farmers JP Dalal said that the Department of Municipal Local Authorities has launched its online portal for toll-free certificates (www.ulbhryndc.org), an online process has been created to issue a fee exemption certificate after paying all kinds of fees, and the fee exemption certificate will be issued automatically after paying the fees for pending taxes that appear on the portal.

JP Dalal gave this information during the budget session of the Haryana Vidhansabha in response to a question from MLA Aseem Goyal to Dr. Kamal Gupta, Minister of Municipal Local Corporations, regarding the process of issuing a no-duty certificate in Ambala Municipality Council. He said there is no provision for the relevant official from the local government to issue a toll-free certificate, as it is issued automatically. Thus, any citizen who pays the outstanding dues on the No Dues Certificate portal will receive a No Dues Certificate which is required by the government for property registration purposes. The Treasury Department’s Web Hellris Portal is fully integrated with the Urban Local Bodies Department’s No Dues Certificate Portal.

Colonies created by encroachment

On the other hand, Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Minister JP Dalal said that Ishwar Nagar, Tilla Plot of Ward No. 2, Ambedkar Nagar of Ward No. 10, Sanjay Colony of Ward No. 8 and 9, Bega Basti of Ward No. 1 , District No. Dhanak Basti of 6 are colonies developed by the illegal occupation of the land of Gram Panchayat. These colonies were founded in 1982, before the formation of the Chica community. Dalal provided this information in response to a question from MLA Ishwar Singh. He said that the land currently on which the colonies established in Chika Township, Guhla Constituency, are located is the land of Chika Township. He also said the state is not considering any proposal to give property rights to encroached people who have settled on communal land.
