The court has sentenced the accused Karmjit to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000/- under Articles 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the event of late payment, the convicted person must expect an additional prison sentence.
The Honorable Court has sentenced Sonu, the second convict of murder under Section 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 5,000/-. In the event of late payment of the fine, the convicted person must expect an additional prison sentence.
In this case, the Satnali Police Station registered the charges in 2019.
