NIA cracks down on notorious gangster Surendra aka Cheeku, property attached

News2News.in News. Narnaul: The National Investing Agency (NIA) has made major moves against the infamous Surendra aka Cheeku Mohanpur. Along with him, when he raided his relatives’ belongings worth millions on Saturday morning, those possessions were linked to the Cheeku case, which was discussed throughout the day.

According to information, the NIA team reached HUDA Sector 1 on Saturday morning and ambushed Bhumesh Vasi, Balaha Kalan, a relative of notorious gangster Surendra aka Cheeku. Meanwhile, the NIA team fortified his brother-in-law Bhumesh’s property in Sector 1 of Narnaul as well as the farm in Raghunathpura village. He owns property worth several million rupees in three locations in Bypass and Raghunathpura.

The NIA team has conducted raids on Narnaul three times so far. Also on February 21, the NIA team raided the village of Mohanpur and Sector-1 of Narnaul. On Saturday, the team had quit Surendra aka Chiku’s brother-in-law Bhumesh, while the team had taken Surendra with them. After the February 21st raid, the NIA team reached Narnaul again today. NIA police officers also came with the team on a bus. Besides them, the Narnaul police also stayed with them. The NIA team first reached Bhumesh’s house in Sector 1 of Narnaul. Where the team posted a paper lien on the gate in front of Bhumesh’s home about the lien on property. At the same time, a property deposit board was set up outside the building.

That’s what it says in the notice

The released notice writes that this action was taken by NIA SP Dhruman H. Nimbale, stating that as Chief Investigating Officer of the NIA, he registered a case against Bhumesh under Section 120-B of Will on August 26, 2022 the said property annexed pursuant to the Prevention of Illegal Activities Act 17, 18 and 18-B of the NIA. This property is considered terrorism proceeds. Upon notification, the property owner may not transfer, lease, damage or make any changes to said property without consulting the NIA.

Chiku has registered many serious cases

It should be noted that many cases have been registered against the gangster Surendra aka Cheeku in several states other than Haryana, with serious charges such as murder, racketeering and land grabbing. Through communications, the NIA has solicited details of how Surendra and his relatives received the property acquired in a month. If the NIA is not satisfied with their answers, they can also take the next step.
