Palval. Shri Vishwakarma Kaushal Vishwavidyalaya will start short term courses for less educated talented youths so that they can find employment after short term courses. These courses are designed according to NSQF and interest.

Vice Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Kaushal Vishwavidyalaya Raj Nehru said that this course will be employment oriented. After completing the course, not only can students take up their own work, but good employment opportunities also arise for them. He announced that a three-month phlebotomist course will be started. As part of this, 12th-through students may be admitted and receive training in door-to-door laboratory sampling. As part of on-the-job training, they will be fully empowered in this work. Vice Chancellor Raj Nehru said that the demand for phlebotomists is increasing rapidly these days. With this need in mind, the university designed this course. A 6-month training course to become a housekeeping associate is also being launched. After completing this course, students can easily find employment in the market.

He shared that Shri Vishwakarma Kaushal Vishwavidyalaya has decided to start two separate Music-Vocal and Music-Harmonium courses for Eighth-Turn students according to interest. This course lasts three months. He said that there are many students who couldn’t study beyond Grade VIII, but they have a good understanding of music. He can make his career in the field of music. With this in mind, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University has developed these two new courses.

Vineet Suri, Joint Director, Industry Integration, said these courses are NSQF and interest-based so students can be prepared according to industry and market needs.
