News2News.in News. Jhajjar: The portal for issuing the SLC or school leaving certificate has not been working properly for three weeks. Which is why the school administration and parents are upset. According to the department, the department has now updated the new portal instead of the old one. However, a guideline on this has not been issued. The result of this is that nobody knows much about this portal.
He said earlier the data was uploaded to HRYEDUMIS.gov.in. But now the new portal mis.oneschoolsuite.com has been upgraded. No guidelines and training etc. were given at the departmental level. Because of this, the problem persists. He said that now nobody’s data is uploaded and sometimes the login password is taken. Aside from that, if someone’s data isn’t visible on the portal, when someone prints it out, it just shows their parents’ name. At the same time, this problem also occurs in some schools that the login password opens on the old portal while the login password does not open on the new portal. He said that at the departmental level, it is said that the portal will be repaired by May 2nd.
Nobody picks up the helpline number: The principal of the private school, Vijay Dhawan, said there have been problems since April 18. The portal doesn’t get the password itself. When we call the department’s helpline number, nobody picks up. From 9am to 5pm people keep calling the helpline number non-stop. But get no answer. Because of this there is trouble. The guardian is also upset because no SLC was issued.
Work in progress on the portal: MIS Deputy Department Head Ravindra Kaushik said when contacted at the department’s hotline number, he said work on the portal is ongoing. Any issues encountered on the new portal will be resolved soon.
