Mahendragarh: The storm came like a bang, a woman died from a collapsing roof, elderly people were injured

The storm brought disasters to Mahendragarh. The couple were seriously injured when a thatched roof collapsed in Chamdheda village at around 4:30pm on Tuesday evening due to a strong storm. The people who were there immediately took him to the civilian hospital for treatment. Where the doctors pronounced the woman dead and sent the elderly to Narnaul for treatment. The police carried out an autopsy at the civil hospital on Wednesday and handed the body over to the relatives. The villagers demanded compensation from the administration for the woman’s death.

Dinesh Kumar, the deceased’s son, told police that he resides in Devnagar village (Chamdheda) and is employed by a private limited company in Bawal. When I called my home around 5pm last Tuesday, no one answered the phone. He kept calling, but no one picked up the phone. He then called Sundar at around 8:23 p.m., but Sundar was not there because he was not available. In the morning he called home again and no one answered the phone. He also called home several times, but no one answered the phone. After that, he suddenly received a call from an unknown person. He said the roof of your house collapsed and the animals are talking. After that, when he came home, he saw that mother Roshni Devi and father Dalip Singh were buried under straw at home. With the help of the villagers, he got both of them out of the shed. He then took them both to the civilian hospital for treatment. Where doctors pronounced Narnaul and mother Roshni Devi dead due to further injuries sustained by father Dalip Singh for treatment.
