Kurukshetra: Diver Pragat Singh caught a crocodile from the lake of Dabkhedi village. To catch him, a joint operation was carried out with the Wildlife Department. After two hours of surgery, the team was able to control the crocodile. The crocodile is said to be about 4 feet long and weigh 50 kg. The diving team handed over the crocodile to the wildlife department team.
After the floods about two months ago, three crocodiles were spotted in the Dabkhedi Canal, which entered the lake after the canal. Since then, the people in the village have been in great fear. They repeatedly pleaded with the administration to catch the crocodile. When a crocodile was again spotted in the lake, people informed diver Pragat Singh about it. 3 crocodiles were spotted in the lake. Two crocodiles were caught inside. However, there is no information about the third. The diving team caught the crocodile with a net. The team of the department will release the crocodile at the Bhaur Syedan crocodile breeding center. The villagers breathed a sigh of relief when the crocodile was caught.
