Sirsa: Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, while clarifying the situation regarding SYL, stated that the decision will not be made due to the stubborn stance of Punjab. When asked about the increasing pollution of the Yamuna and the Ghaggar River, he said that the Yamuna is a tributary of the Ganges, Asia’s largest wastewater treatment plant is being built on Yamuna, and the water is being purified and used for refining or agriculture.
