Jind. ADGP Srikant Jadhav’s team raided Patiala Chowk area late at night on Sunday and arrested prostitution The team overpowered 8 people including 4 women from their homes and handed them over to the Municipal Police Station! The city police department is investigating the case.
Hisar Range IG ADGP Shrikant Jadhav had received information about unethical activities in the city of Jind, based on which the IG Special Team was formed. The team targeted a house near the Patiala Chowk police post. About which it was said that girls were brought in from outside and forced into prostitution. Because of this, a policeman was sent as a bogus customer in plain clothes! After the rate was set, the team searched the house as soon as they received the signal and there four women were found in the rooms along with four people in an offensive condition. The special staff then handed over eight people, including the four women who were caught from the house, to the city police station. The city police station is interrogating the arrested defendant.
Illegal premises searched
A special team from ADGP searched an illegal compound on Kaithal Road where some people were found consuming alcohol. The team caught people drinking alcohol, including the shipyard operator. The arrested persons were handed over to the police.
