Kishore committed suicide by hanging himself in Hisar after losing Rs 1.20 lakh buying an iPhone on Facebook. Fourteen days after Kishore’s death, the fraud involving him came to light. The Uchana police station registered a case of theft and fraud against unknown persons on the report of the deceased’s father.
Krishna, a resident of Uchana Mandi, complained to the police that his 17-year-old son Amit, a grade 11 student, helped him take pictures after he graduated from school. The individual described himself as an army man stationed at Hisar Cantt and said his son Amit made a transaction of Rs 120,000 using different numbers. Nevertheless, his son did not get the iPhone. On which his son left home on March 17th. In the evening at 19:00 a passer-by called that he was going to his friend’s house in Jagrata, when the son did not return home, when he started searching, he found out about the train that went from Jind to Sirsa. . Searching and investigating found no reference to Amit. Meanwhile, the relative saw video on social media of a child hanging from the bike rack at Hisar station when he reached the spot and saw that it was Amit’s body. At that time he was not aware of the scam, now he found out about the scam while processing his account and other things. His son had to lose his life for this!
Atmaram, chief of the Uchana Police Station, said the deceased’s father had filed a complaint alleging fraud. As a result, a procedure against an unknown person was registered, which is currently being investigated.
