Giving information about the matter, Sarpanch of Putthi village Mangal Khan said that Ram Avtar of the village had opened a kindergarten at Lala Ramchandra Mal Chaupal in the village with the approval of Gram Panchayat for the last four to five years. But in the recent gram panchayat meeting, after taking the decision to vacate the chaupal and use it for public works, the gram panchayat demanded evacuation of the chaupal by closing the kindergarten, but the latter refused to do so To vacate Chaupal. Following this, Gram Panchayat submitted a written complaint to SDM Hansi Mohit Maharana, following which SDM Hansi appointed Electricity Corporation SDO Mohanlal as duty magistrate and sent Police Inspector Paramjit Singh to the spot. Where police broke the locks installed by the school operator and handed over the property to Gram Panchayat after the magistrate on duty installed new locks.
