News2News.in news, Hansi: Six people from the same family suffered severe electrocution burns while installing roof shingles in Mundhal Khurd village on the national highway. Four people were seriously injured and two died as a result of electrocution. All four seriously injured people were taken to a private hospital in Hansi for treatment, where they are undergoing treatment. The bodies of the deceased were kept at the mortuary of the Civil Hospital where the post-mortem was conducted on Monday and handed over to the relatives.

Sombir, who was present at the Civil Hospital, said that his uncles Joginder and Shyam were building their house in the village. After the entire house was completed, he installed the house’s roof tiles on Sunday. The construction work on the Linter was carried out by family members. After completing the work on the rental device, all workers stood on the rental device itself. Since the 11,000 volt electric cable was very low near the roof, it came into contact with the roof in the meantime. And since the lantern was wet, an electric current was generated in it and then there was a loud explosion. After the explosion, six members of the family present on the terrace suffered severe burns. 22-year-old Ravi and 30-year-old Amit Kumar died of electrocution on the spot. While 24-year-old Ajay, 20-year-old Naveen, 25-year-old Sandeep and 45-year-old Joginder were seriously injured. The family members have admitted the four injured people to a private hospital in Hansi.

The family members present at the civil hospital blamed the electricity company for the accident and said they had verbally requested the electricity department officials several times to lift the power cables running near the roof of the house. But the power cable hasn’t been pulled up yet. Because of this, this accident happened. The family has demanded financial support from the government. Family members said that the late Amit Kumar was married. And she has a three-month-old newborn. The deceased is the cousin of Ravi Amit Kumar.
