Jind News: A case of obscene acts and showing obscene videos involving a five-year-old girl has come to light in a village in Sadar police station in Safidon area. When the victim’s mother objected, the accused attacked her and broke the Mangalsutra. Following a complaint from the girl’s mother, Sadar Police Station Safidon has instituted proceedings against both brothers on various charges including kidnapping for obscene acts.
In a complaint filed with police, a woman from the Sadar Police Station area in Safidon told police that her neighbor Sanjay and his brother Maninder took their five-year-old daughter away. The defendant touched her daughter’s private parts and also showed her daughter porn films on her mobile phone. When she returned home, her innocent daughter told of the antics of the two brothers. When she went to the defendant’s house to rebuke her, she was attacked and the golden Mangalsutra was ripped from her neck, the defendant threatened her with dire consequences.
Based on the girl’s mother’s complaint, Safidon Sadar Police Station has filed a case against Sanjay and Maninder on various counts including molestation, kidnapping, breach of Mangalsutra and POCSO law.
dr Sunil, head of Sadar Police Station in Safidon, said the girl’s mother had lodged a complaint regarding the matter. On this basis, proceedings were initiated against both of them. The matter is currently under investigation.
