New Delhi: The Delhi government has released the first installment of 773 crores for the salary, giving a big relief to the employees of MCD on Tuesday i.e. May 2. The Delhi government has released this installment for the purpose of giving timely salary and pension to the MCD employees in Delhi. This is a relief news for the municipal corporation employees who had to wait for months for their salaries after working hard for a month.
Giving this information, Urban Development Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the Delhi government has released the first installment of 773 crores for the purpose of timely payment of salaries to the employees of MCD. 773 crore fund released for salary and pension is an important step towards achieving the dream of clean and garbage free Delhi. Getting salary on time will encourage the employees of the corporation to work better and financial security will also be provided to the families of all small and big employees.

Targeting the BJP, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that earlier MCD employees had to wait for months for salary and pension due to the misrule of the previous government and had to protest on the streets for their fundamental rights. Due to this, the employees and their families had to face many problems, but now after AAP came to power, all these problems have gone away. He said that instead of focusing on cleanliness, the previous government was more focused on harassing the MCD employees for their salaries.
