CBI’s written note against Sisodia’s plea
During the hearing on Sisodia’s bail plea at Rouse Avenue Court, the special judge said that the CBI has submitted a written note in the court against Sisodia’s plea. A copy of the note as well as a case diary has also been given to the counsel for the accused. The statements of some witnesses are available in the diary. The CBI said that if Sisodia is granted bail, it may hamper the investigation in the case. Sisodia is the main accused in the liquor scam case, so he should not get bail.
