8 students with special needs from Kejriwal government schools will represent India at the 25th World Scout Jamboree being held in South Korea. This Delhi Government team, which is participating in the Jamboree, has left for South Korea on Monday night. On Monday, before the departure of the team, Delhi’s Education Minister Atishi met these students and encouraged them.

On this occasion, Education Minister Atishi said that it is a matter of great pride for us to have 8 children with special needs from Delhi government schools participate in the 25th World Scout Jamboree to be organized in South Korea. He said that the children studying in our schools have proved that they are full of talent. All they need is the opportunity. We have done the work of giving that opportunity to the children studying in our schools. As a result of this, today the children of our schools are representing Delhi at the national and international level and making the country proud. Participating in this event will help students build confidence and self-esteem.

On the other hand, Minister Atishi said that children with special needs of Delhi Government schools participating in this global competition are not only a source of inspiration for other children with special needs but also for all and are giving this message to the whole world. That they can do anything on the strength of their hard work and talent.

The Delhi government will bear all the expenses of the students’ tour

Students with special needs from Delhi government schools are getting a chance to represent India in front of 157 countries at the global level. In this direction, a team of 11 members including 8 CWSN students from Delhi Govt schools will participate in the 25th World Scout Jamboree in South Korea. The expenses of this entire visit are being borne by the Kejriwal government. The 25th World Scout Jamboree, being organized from August 1 to August 12, 2023, focuses on encouraging participants to develop leadership and life skills and become active citizens through Scout activities.
