On Wednesday, in Golbazar police station area of Chhattisgarh, a teenage girl has filed a report against three people for taking her to different places and raping her. On the complaint of the girl, the police registered a case of rape against three people, arrested the accused, produced them in the court and sent them to jail.
According to the police, Avinash Bahra, Sikandar Jain and Gaurav Raj have been arrested on charges of raping the girl. Sikandar is said to be the boyfriend of the girl. The girl used to work as a sweeper and mop in people’s homes. On the date of the incident, Sikandar called the girl to the multilevel parking at Jaistambh Chowk on the pretext of meeting her. There he first raped the girl. The incident was witnessed by Avinash, the watchman of the multi-level parking. After this, he threatened the girl and took her with him to the guard room. There he raped the girl. After this, the bank employee Gaurav Raj present there also forcibly took the girl in his car and raped her.
Crime registered on complaint of family members
The girl informed her family about three people raping her. On this the family members lodged a complaint about the incident in the police station. Considering the seriousness of the incident, the police got the girl medically examined in the night itself and registered a crime. On Thursday morning, the three miscreants were arrested on charges of raping the girl, produced in the court and sent them to jail. The age of the girl is said to be 17 years.
