Ticket touts are earning extra by selling tickets to passengers by creating fake user IDs in online websites, due to which Railways is suffering losses.

Taking action against ticket touts from time to time under the Railway Act, RPF confiscates tickets worth lakhs of rupees, even after that there is no effect on the touts.
