News2News.in Raipur News:The Enforcement Directorate has attached assets worth Rs 51.40 crore of Congress MLA Devendra Yadav, Chandradev Rai along with IAS officer Ranu Sahu, businessman Suryakant Tiwari, Congress leaders Ramgopal Agarwal, RP Singh, Vinod Tiwari on charges of money laundering. The ED claims that the attached assets include several luxury cars and movable and immovable properties. ED has given through its official Twitter handle.

Giving information through its official Twitter account on Tuesday, ED has said that 90 movable and immovable properties have been attached in the state. These include jewelry and cash along with luxury vehicles. ED has given information about the latest attachment of Rs 51.40 crore after the action of attachment of assets worth Rs 170 crore done earlier. In this way, ED has so far attached assets worth Rs 221.40 crore on charges of irregularities in transporting and money laundering.

Temporarily attached property, will not be able to use

The people whose property has been attached by ED officials on charges of money laundering and financial irregularities are temporary attachments. The person concerned cannot currently sell or use the property in any other way. Those whose property has been attached, they will have to tell the sources of acquiring the property.
