According to MP representative and Congress leader Sushil Maurya, Congress worker Mahesh Dwivedi called him and told him that CSP Vikas Kumar had kicked him at City Kotwali. After which they reached the police station. When asked the CSP, how did you kick him, the CSP replied that he had come after consuming gutkha… I will kill him more. After which I said that if he has eaten gutkha, then forbid him not to come after eating gutkha in the premises. But how far is it right to kick?
