When the police investigated this matter, it was found that the husband had an illicit relationship with another woman. Due to which there used to be frequent fights between the two. The woman was troubled by her husband’s affair. And used to raise this issue again and again. Because of which the husband made up his mind to remove her from the way. Accused husband arrested…
As soon as the information was received, the station in-charge took the matter into cognizance and arrested the accused husband. After the murder of his wife, his family members lodged a report in the police station and asked for an early investigation. However, the police immediately registered a complaint and arrested the accused. A case has been registered against the accused under section 174 and the investigation is on.
