Enishpuri Goswami-Mohla-Manpur. Three shops and a school located in Rajwada, the heart of Chhattisgarh’s Ambagarh Chowki Nagar, were gutted in the grip of a fierce fire. Eyewitnesses told that a special community of the city had taken out a procession. During this, firecrackers were burst carelessly and the flames spread due to the spark of fireworks and the shops were destroyed.

On information about the incident, Parliamentary Secretary, Mohla-Manpur MLA Indra Shah Mandavi and Khujji MLA Smt. Channi Sahu reached the spot. The fire was so fierce that fire engines from Dallirajhara, Bhilai, Rajnandgaon, Dongargaon were called in emergency to Ambagarh post to bring it under control. Along with the employees of the fire department, the officers, jawans and residents of the police department kept toiling the whole night risking their lives.
